Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Intelliscripts LLC, which operates NextKnock ("we," "us"). By requesting a sample or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service
NextKnock sends local service businesses lists of commercial prospects that show public signs they may need that service soon. Each list is delivered as a CSV file or a shared Google Sheet.
Free sample
New customers can request one free sample of 10 leads. You're under no obligation to subscribe.
Plan and billing
After the sample, the plan is $299 a month for 50 leads a week. Stripe bills you monthly in advance. Prices are in US dollars and don't include applicable taxes.
No contract and cancellation
There's no contract. You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] or through your billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month and won't renew after that. We don't give partial-month refunds unless the law requires one.
Exclusivity
We sell one subscription per trade per city. While your subscription is active and paid, we won't sell that city's list for your trade to anyone else. Spots are first come, first served. The underlying signals are public, so we can't stop competitors from finding the same businesses on their own. If you cancel, or your payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, the spot may go to someone else.
No guarantee of results
We find businesses that show public signals. We don't promise that any lead will answer, buy, or become a customer. We work to keep the data accurate, but some details may be out of date or incomplete.
How you may use leads
Leads are for your own business's outreach. You may not resell, publish or share them with anyone outside your company.
When you contact a lead, you're responsible for following the rules that apply to you, including the Do-Not-Call rules, the TCPA for calls and texts, CAN-SPAM for email, and any state laws. Honor every opt-out you receive. Don't use leads for harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.
Our rights
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by reselling leads or misusing contact data.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The service is provided "as is." As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes go to the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date above and email active customers about significant changes before they take effect.
