NextKnock is a brand of Intelliscripts LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information about our customers
When you request a sample or subscribe, we collect your name, business name, email, phone, trade and city. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
We use this information to deliver your leads, to bill you, to keep your trade-and-city spot exclusive, and to reply when you contact us. We don't sell customer information.
Information in our leads
Our leads are built from publicly available business information: business names, addresses and phone numbers, public reviews, public job posts and new business listings. Where available, a lead may also name a decision-maker at the business (an owner, general manager or facilities manager) and include their public business profile or business email.
We don't include personal consumer contact information, and we never include the names or profiles of people who wrote reviews. A lead may quote a short excerpt from a review along with a link to the business's public page.
If you're named in one of our leads and want to be removed, email [email protected] and we'll take you out of future lists.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers that help us run the service, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting, email delivery and data sources. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
If we email you about NextKnock, every message includes our postal address and a way to opt out. Reply "stop" or email [email protected] and we'll stop.
Retention
We keep customer records while you're subscribed and as long as required for tax and accounting afterward. Lead data is refreshed weekly, and we remove anyone who asks.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
NextKnock is a business service and isn't directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the changes are significant, we'll email current customers.
