Shared lead marketplaces
One lead, many buyers
- The same lead can be sold to several competitors
- You’re racing other businesses to the first call
- Your competitors can work the same list you do
Weekly commercial leads for roofers, HVAC, plumbers & landscapers
NextKnock watches public signals in your city — Google review complaints about the problem you fix, facilities and maintenance hiring posts, newly opened businesses — and sends you 50 local business leads a week. Each one gives you the business, the issue, a link to the public review or post, and the business’s public phone number. Only one business per trade per city gets it.
▲ Your shop at the center. Public buying signals all around.
On the scope:
01How it works
Three steps. You do the first one once — we handle the digging every week after that.
Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping — tell us what you do and the city you want leads in. Each city takes one business per trade.
We comb public sources for local businesses that may need your trade soon: Google reviews complaining about the problem you fix, hiring posts for roles like facilities and maintenance, and newly opened businesses. Then we note the issue and link you to the public source.
50 fresh leads arrive every week, each with the business, the issue, a link to the public review and the business’s public phone number. Ready for your next call or knock.
02What’s in a lead
Each lead pairs a fresh public signal with the local business it’s about. Here’s the shape of a list — filled with made-up data.

03Exclusive in your area
Shared lead marketplaces can sell the same lead to several businesses in your trade, so every lead turns into a race. NextKnock doesn’t work that way: in each city, only one business per trade gets our list.

No guaranteed results: every lead is a public signal that a local business may need your trade, not a promise they’ll buy. More in the FAQ.
Public sources only. We look for three kinds of public signals: Google reviews complaining about the problem your trade fixes (say, “AC stopped working” for an HVAC company), hiring posts for roles like facilities and maintenance staff, and newly opened businesses.
For each business, we give you the issue, a link to the public review or post, and the business’s publicly listed phone number. We don’t include personal contact info.
Businesses. Every lead is a local business — a commercial prospect — not a homeowner.
We take one business per trade per city. If you’re the HVAC company on NextKnock in your city, we won’t send that city’s list to another HVAC company — unlike shared lead marketplaces, where the same lead can go to several competitors. Spots are first come, first served.
The signals themselves are public, so we can’t stop a competitor from finding one on their own. What we promise is that we won’t sell your list to anyone else in your trade in your city.
No. We find local businesses showing public signs they may need your services soon. We can’t promise any of them will buy — that part comes down to your follow-up, your pricing and your work. The free sample lets you judge the list before you pay anything.

50 leads every week, as a CSV file or a shared Google Sheet — your pick. Each row has the business, the issue, a link to the public review or post, and the business’s public phone number. See the sample above.
